Republicans have declared War on Transgenders by proposing heartless, inhumane bills and laws which discriminate against them and violate their rights.
More than half of trans youth have seriously considered ending their lives. And according to a study by the American Medical Association, that number decreases by 73% when those kids receive gender affirming care. A 73% decrease in suicidal ideation is an astounding outcome. No drug or antidepressant even comes close to having that kind of impact. Gender-affirming care saves lives.
Republican’s are passing these laws because they’re CRUEL Narrow-Minded, Anti-Science MORONS… Religious Fanatics who are stuck in the Dark Ages, Christian Nationalist who believe there should be no separation between Church and State, and Anti-Democratic Authoritarian Fascists who want BIG GOVERNMENT to control every aspect of people’s lives.
Parents of Transgenders should CLASS ACTION SUE Republican Red States for BILLIONS to make them PAY for passing DISCRIMINATION & CRUELTY laws which violate Transgenders Civil Rights. Parents should also appear on TV shows and call Republicans out by name, who caused hardship to their children.

A new Republican Fascist Authoritarian bill (Oklahoma SB129) was released in Oklahoma that would ban gender affirming care for people under the age of 26 years old. Gen Z would be entirely banned from gender affirming care under this bill. This prospect is terrifying because Gen Z has been the most open about transitioning and a bill like this would medically detransition a huge portion of Oklahoma’s transgender population. This comes after other states like New Hampshire and South Carolina saw bills filed to raise the age of transition to 21, and places like Florida utilized a sham medical board to ban gender affirming care under 18. Slowly, states are moving towards an outright ban on being transgender – it is for these reasons that people have begun calling the attacks on gender affirming care an attempt at genocide.

Per the above article, here’s a list of some of the outrageous laws REPUBLICANS has passed or are proposing to pass AGAINST Transgenders;
- According to the ACLU, 28 states are voting on anti-trans legislation in 2021.
- Many bills directly impact trans children, banning them from playing sports or using the restroom.
- Some bills could make it a felony for doctors to provide life-saving care to trans youth.
Arkansas – On March 29, 2021, Arkansas became the first state in the US to pass a bill prohibiting doctors from treating trans youth. HB1570 is called the “Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act.” The law will take effect in the summer of 2021.
Arizona – Arizona’s SB1511 would punish doctors with over a decade in prison for providing HRT or puberty blockers to minors. State lawmakers are also attempting to ban trans athletes from playing school sports with bill SB1637.
Connecticut – Connecticut’s legislature is voting on two anti-trans sports bans that would prevent trans youth from playing in school teams “to protect women’s rights”: SB00324 and HB 05795.
Georgia – Georgia’s legislature is voting on a bill that would criminalize gender-affirming care, namely HRT and puberty blockers, for minors: HB401. Two other bills, SB266 and HB276, would prevent trans athletes from participating in school and university sports programs, even at private institutions, if passed.
Florida – Florida’s legislature is voting on a bill that would make gender-affirming care, primarily HRT and puberty blockers, illegal for minors: HB 935
Iowa – Iowa’s trans medical ban would prohibit gender-affirming care for minors with the exception of intersex youth if HF193 is passed. The state is also voting on two bills that would prevent trans athletes from participating in school sports: HF184 and HF327.
Indiana – Indiana is voting on two bills, both of which would bar doctors from giving gender-affirming care to trans minors: SB0224 and HB1505.
Kansas – The Kansas state legislature is considering whether or not to prohibit gender-affirming care like HRT and puberty blockers in two bills: SB214 and HB2210. Kansas will also vote on SB208, a bill that will stop trans students from participating in school sports to “create fairness in women’s sports.”
Kentucky – Kentucky’s HB336 would make providing gender-affirming care for trans minors illegal and protect public officials who express views against gender-affirming care if passed. The state legislature is also debating two bills that would stop trans student-athletes from playing sports: SB106 and HB471.
Louisiana
Louisiana – Louisiana’s SB 104 would make it illegal for doctors to provide gender-affirming care to minors without parental consent, namely gender-affirming therapy, puberty blockers, and HRT.
Mississippi – Mississippi’s bill that would have banned gender-affirming care for trans youth, SB2171, was killed in committee.

The Shadowy, Widespread Effort to Erase Trans Youth
The overwhelming majority of Americans support transgender rights. But some hate groups are pursuing a craven legal strategy.
Per the above article: Anti-trans legislation is spreading all across the country. State legislatures are trying to spin animus against transgender kids being allowed to participate in sports into rules around who’s allowed to do what in this country. And these very kids are having to show up to try to stop lawmakers from erasing their existence.
Oftentimes what we’ll see two bills in legislatures: One will be a trans youth health care ban and the other will be a sports bill. This dual pursuit is so hard to keep up with because there are so many of them—you’ll see one bill fail, and then another one pops up, or a more extreme version pops up.
A lot of these bills have a single source: a legal advocacy group called the Alliance Defending Freedom.
he Alliance Defending Freedom is a long-standing, extreme anti-LGBTQ group. They’re labeled a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. And to give you a sense of why, for a number of years it’s claimed that LGBTQ people are pedophiles, and it advocated for the forced sterilization of transgender people in the European Court of Human Rights in 2015. It is probably as extreme in its stance on queer people as you can get, and it often is behind a lot of these bills.
About Transgender Youth Medical Care Bans:
State Representative Anthony Sabatini has filed HB 211 – the Transgender Youth Medical Care Ban – for the 2022 Florida Legislative Session. These blanket bans attempt to imprison healthcare providers for providing best-practice medical care to transgender youth, criminalize them for practicing their profession, and put politicians between transgender youth, their parents, and medical professionals. Arkansas and Tennessee have passed bans and 18 more states, including Florida, have tried.
This legislation has nothing to do with the health and safety of children — the cruelty is by design. It’s literally cut and paste language from right-wing political strategy groups like the Heritage Foundation that seek to put a target on the backs of transgender youth as an election strategy to mobilize far-right voters. It’s coming from the same anti-LGBTQ playbook they used to create and pass last session’s hateful Transgender Youth Sports Ban.
Earlier this year, Republican Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson, vetoed a similar bill telling NPR that it amounted to “vast government overreach” and “sends the wrong signal” to a vulnerable population. He urged his legislative colleagues to “rethink [their] engagement in every aspect of culture wars”. The Arkansas Legislature later overrode the veto and became the first state in the nation to ban affirming medical care for transgender youth.
Leading national health organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Psychological Association, and the American Medical Association support gender-affirming care for transgender children. Doctors and health professionals are tasked with adhering to best practices and standards of care. The legislature forcing them to deviate from that guidance puts the health and wellbeing of transgender youth in peril.
Transgender youth are the most likely to be bullied, the most at risk for suicide, and the most likely to face harassment. We should be working together to keep them safe — not attacking them, their families, and their doctors.
What Does It Mean to Ban Care for Transgender Youth?
Far-right Republicans want you to think that kids are all by themselves, making snap decisions with life-long consequences. But that’s simply not the case.
For most transgender and nonbinary minors, transition care supports “social transitioning” — it’s about presenting as their affirmed gender and using their identified pronouns. When children are able to live and present as their authentic gender identity, they have lower levels of anxiety and depression.

Obama calls out Republicans for Causing Deficits and Debts

In this chart, the RED lines on the left side – the ones that keep doing DOWN – show what happened to jobs under the policies of Bush and the Republicans. We were losing lots and lots of jobs every month, and it was getting worse and worse. The BLUE lines – the ones that just go UP – show what happened to jobs when the stimulus was in effect. We stopped losing jobs and started gaining jobs, and it was getting better and better.
The leveling off on the right side of the chart shows what happened as the stimulus started to wind down: job creation leveled off at too low a level.
It looks a lot like the stimulus reversed what was going on before the stimulus. We have gone from losing around 850,000 jobs a month to gaining over 200,000 jobs a month.
Conclusion: THE STIMULUS WORKED BUT WAS NOT ENOUGH!

Actually This Reduced Spending And Lower Deficit Have Hurt The Economy
Government spending is literally, by definition, the things that government does to make our lives better. People have been tricked into thinking that government spending is somehow bad. The billionaires and giant corporations spread this nonsense around because they are greedy and just want their taxes lower. The top income tax rate used to be more than 90 percent and the top corporate tax rate used to be more than 50 percent. That was back when we built this country’s great infrastructure, had good schools and defended the world against the Soviet Union. We also had higher economic growth and a growing middle class.
Government spending does not “take money out of the economy.” In fact it puts money into the economy, creates jobs and lays the foundation for future prosperity. The decline in government spending shown in the charts above is the reason that the economy remains sluggish and jobs are still hard to get. Just look at that chart showing what the stimulus spending did for the job situation. But since the stimulus ended, Republicans have obstructed every effort to continue to use our government to help our economy.

Postal Service running a ‘covert operations program’ that monitors Americans’ social media posts
Per various news reports and videos; “The law enforcement arm of the U.S. Postal Service has been quietly running a program that tracks and collects Americans’ social media posts, including those about planned protests, according to a document obtained by Yahoo News.
The details of the surveillance effort, known as iCOP, or Internet Covert Operations Program, have not previously been made public. The work involves having analysts trawl through social media sites to look for what the document describes as “inflammatory” postings and then sharing that information across government agencies.

“Analysts with the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP) monitored significant activity regarding planned protests occurring internationally and domestically on March 20, 2021,” says the March 16 government bulletin, marked as “law enforcement sensitive” and distributed through the Department of Homeland Security’s fusion centers. “Locations and times have been identified for these protests, which are being distributed online across multiple social media platforms, to include right-wing leaning Parler and Telegram accounts.”
A number of groups were expected to gather in cities around the globe on March 20 as part of a World Wide Rally for Freedom and Democracy, to protest everything from lockdown measures to 5G. “Parler users have commented about their intent to use the rallies to engage in violence. Image 3 on the right is a screenshot from Parler indicating two users discussing the event as an opportunity to engage in a ‘fight’ and to ‘do serious damage,’” says the bulletin.

Republicans are responsible for mass shootings and deaths since 2004 because President George W. Bush let the Assault Weapons Ban expire in 2004. Republicans have refused since then to allow it to be renewed.
Under the 1994 Clinton Administration Assault Weapons Ban, the maximum capacity of a magazine was set at 10 rounds. AR-15s were one of 18 semiautomatic weapons banned under the 1994 law that expired in 2004 during the Republican George W. Bush administration despite broad public support and a drop in gun fatalities.
Since then, killers have used semiautomatics to target victims en masse at Virginia Tech in 2007; the Fort Hood military base in 2009; the Century 16 movie theater in Aurora, Colorado in 2012; a Sikh temple in Wisconsin in 2012; Sandy Hook elementary school in Newtown, CT in 2012, the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando in 2016, the 2017 Las Vegas shooting which left 58 people dead, the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Fl in which 17 students died, mass shooting on March 22, 2021 at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder, CO in which 10 people were killed, May 14, 2022 a gunman shot 13 people killing 10 at a grocery store in Buffalo and May 24, 2022 at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde TX which left 21 people dead and 17 more injured.

Gun advocates love to claim guns save lives and are necessary for self protection. Here’s just a few examples of how guns ruined lives and how if the shooters didn’t have a gun, none of these events would have happened…

If the shooters hadn’t had a gun these events wouldn’t have happened. Their having a gun caused their lives & their families, the people they shot and their families to be destroyed.
I’m not against having a gun for self protection, but as shown in the above examples, not everyone is emotionally stable enough to own deadly weapons. People have to get a license to drive a car… they also should be required to pass some kind of tests to own a gun.
Also, military grade weapons which can rapid fire over 20 rounds of ammo should not be allowed to be owned by Average Joe citizens.

But six months later, a different narrative began to spread through this suburban Dallas school district, one that put the blame for the shooting on a new district approach to disciplining students. It started with political mailers sent to thousands of homes.
“MISD put ‘woke’ politics over the safety of our children,” the flyers read in all caps, above a news clipping about the Timberview shooting, which reportedly resulted from a fight between two Black students. The flyers, paid for by a conservative political action committee, warned that the Mansfield school district had “stopped disciplining students” based on “Critical Race Theory principles.” As a result, it said, “kids were nearly killed.
But the Mansfield mailer omitted a key detail: Some of the local school policies that it was attacking were initially implemented three years ago, not as part of a liberal takeover of the suburban school system, but at the urging of Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and the Trump administration.
The mailers reflected a growing belief among some conservative parents, both in Mansfield and nationally, that school programs meant to address students’ emotional well-being have become vehicles for indoctrinating children with progressive ideas about race, gender and sexuality. The flyers, sent in mid-April ahead of a school board election, also previewed how some prominent Republicans would respond one month later after the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas — making a visceral connection between anti-racism initiatives in schools and parental fears about the physical safety of their children.

Inside the U.S. Capitol at the height of the siege
At 2:12 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021 supporters of President Trump began climbing through a window they had smashed on the northwest side of the U.S. Capitol. “Go! Go! Go!” someone shouted as the rioters, some in military gear, streamed in. It was the start of the most serious attack on the Capitol since the War of 1812. The mob coursed through the building, enraged that Congress was preparing to make Trump’s electoral defeat official. “Drag them out! … Hang them out!” rioters yelled at one point, as they gathered near the House chamber.
Officials in the House and Senate secured the doors of their respective chambers, but lawmakers were soon forced to retreat to undisclosed locations. Five people died on the grounds that day, including a Capitol police officer. In all, more than 50 officers were injured.
To reconstruct the pandemonium inside the Capitol, The Washington Post examined text messages, photos and hundreds of videos, some of which were exclusively obtained. By synchronizing the footage and locating some of the camera angles within a digital 3-D model of the building, The Post was able to map the rioters’ movements and assess how close they came to lawmakers — in some cases feet apart or separated only by a handful of vastly outnumbered police officers.

Per the above article; Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) issued a massive 2,000-page report on Friday exposing thousands of social media posts by GOP lawmakers attacking the presidential election and spreading lies before and after the deadly storming of the U.S. Capitol by Donald Trump supporters seeking to overturn the results.
Lofgren, chair of the House Administration Committee, indicated that the information could be used to oust or criminally charge lawmakers who illegally fomented insurrection against the very government they’ve taken a vow to serve.
The exposure of posts in Lofgren’s “Social Media Review” followed a report last week in The Intercept that the FBI has already collected “thousands of phone and electronic records” of people who were at the Capitol on Jan. 6. Investigators are targeting communications between members of Congress or their staffs, and the pro-Trump insurrectionists, CNN reported, seeking any indication of conspiracies to overthrow the government.
Lofgren’s report targets messages by Republican lawmakers who voted to challenge the presidential election results and who continued to peddle lies and conspiracy theories about the November vote even after the Capitol insurrection, which FBI Director Christopher Wray has characterized as domestic terrorism.
Messages posted by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), who was the keynote speaker at a white nationalist conference in Florida just last week, took up 177 pages in the report. He peddled baseless claims that the election had been stolen and that officials who had been upholding the legitimate election were committing “treason and sedition.”
Gosar had several interactions with “@Ali” on Twitter, the since-suspended username for Ali Alexander, one of the main organizers of the “Stop the Steal” campaign as well as the rally at the Capitol on Jan. 6, according to his published posts.
Posts by incendiary QAnon supporter Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) took up 100 pages in the report.
“Like former President Trump, any elected Member of Congress who aided and abetted the insurrection or incited the attack seriously threatened our democratic government,” Lofgren wrote in the introduction to her report.
