Republican Reports is a repository of articles and videos about Republicans / Right-Wingers created by established organizations such as NBC/Universal, ABC News, CBS News, CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, etc with occasional commentary (based on news reports by Established News Organizations) by the site owner. Therefore, the accuracy of every article posted on this site is based on the videos & articles referenced on each page. Owner of this site takes no responsibility for the content of/in videos or articles posted on this site created by other parties. The creators / producers of videos and articles posted on this site are responsible for the content they created.
Since opinions are sometimes expressed along with articles & videos, in the form of Titles, Descriptions, Comments, etc… this site should be considered an “Opinion Blog” which is protected by freedom of speech.
Trump has called Judges, Prosecutors, J6 Committee members & anyone who has tried to hold him accountable… “lunatics”, “psycho” , “crooked”, “the radical left” and every type of derogatory name imaginable. Therefore, others should have the right to express derogatory opinions about him. Any attempt by Trump to sue someone for expressing an opinion about him which he doesn’t like would prove he engages in double standards hypocrisy and his derogatory statements about others would be used as evidence.
The same would be true for anyone who attempts to sue this site for derogatory statements. Site owner would conduct extensive searches for instances of negative statements made by litigant / plaintiff made about others.
Defamation claims have repeatedly been dismissed as courts reaffirm that opinions are constitutionally protected and reaffirmed opinions as a valid defense to individuals or organizations sued for libel.
In addition to this site being an “Opinion Blog” which is protected by freedom speech… it doesn’t make one cent in income, so if your looking to sue for some reason, there’s no way you could get one cent because the site owner is also Judgement Proof.
Any lawsuit threat would bring more attention to this site because it would be immediately reported to the news media by the site owner.
Public Figures, especially those involved in politics, has the ability to negatively affect millions of people’s lives. The majority of posts on this site are in RESPONSE to Public Figures statements, actions, conduct and behavior which were seen by millions of people in news articles and videos. Site owner has a right to express opinions, to criticize “Public Figures” and a right to exercise First Amendment Rights to Freedom of Speech.
