Trump Violating Supreme Court Orders
Trump is thumbing his nose at the Supreme Court by refusing to obey their orders to facilitate Abrego Garcia’s release and return to the United States.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump DOJ attorneys said they did not have the ability to arrange for Garcia’s release and return. Yet now, Trump proved Bondi and company to be liars, as he said he absolutely could arrange for Garcia’s return, but that he wouldn’t.
By defying the Supreme Court order, Trump is attempting to end our constitutional construct of government.

More than 150 judges, including Right Wing Federalist society and republican ones, have joined together to condemn the Trump Administration and its Department of Justice abuse of judges, as they rally around the Rule of Law and by extension Judge Hannah Dugan who was put in handcuffs and perp walked by the Administration to intimidate judges everywhere. Well, they are fighting back as part of the resistance in the streets, and Michael Popok reports.

El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele is assisting President Trump in effectively defying a new Supreme Court ruling that orders the return of a man mistakenly deported to El Salvador. Trump also floated the idea of seizing power to send American citizens to El Salvador’s notorious prison— a move that would be illegal and was warned against by Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor.
