A former law enforcement officer in Tennessee is suing the US after he spent 37 days in jail for posting a harmless and non-offensive meme about Charlie Kirk. In fact, the meme was more about the callousness of Donald Trump than it was about Kirk, but it prompted him to be arrested on trumped up charges relating to non-existent threats to a school. His case seems rock solid, and hopefully he prevails.
