After Trump promised to be a “Dictator on Day One”, incited an insurrection on J6 to overturn the 2020 election which caused 5 deaths, 34 felony charges of Falsifying Business Records to hide ‘Hush Money Payments’ before the 2016 election… 37 felony counts for hoarding classified documents and impeding efforts to retrieve them…. 4 felony counts for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, 13 felony counts for election interference – totaling 88 criminal charges, scores of military leaders and Republicans stated they were going to vote for Harris, record crowds at Harris rallies, record new voter registrations, threats to destroy our Democracy outlined in Project 2025, warnings from Trump’s own staff & military leaders that he would ‘End Democracy as we have known it’, promising retribution against political enemies, a pathological liar who according to fact checkers lied over 30,000 times during his first term and his outrageous, vindictive, insane conduct…  there’s NO WAY a majority of Americans would have voted to put Trump back in the White House in 2024, in ALL 7 Swing States, after all of the lawlessness and insanity he engaged in during his first term in office.

 

Trump admitted the 2024 election and future elections would be rigged when he said “I don’t need any votes. We got all the votes we need. We got more votes than anybody’s ever had. “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”

On July 30, 2024, Rachel Maddow discussed Trump’s alarming statements in the above video, in which she stated; Donald Trump told an audience that if they vote for him this November, if he’s voted back into office, they will never have to vote again. This is not the first time Trump has told a campaign audience that they will never have to vote again once they vote him back in this time. And that is as alarming as it sounds for all the reasons that you immediately think it is, right? They are not counting on the vote (to win this election). And in fact Trump is now repeatedly saying the vote will not matDemocrats and the News Media relentlessly reported ter which means they are not trying to win this thing in a normal way” .

Not a PEEP out of Maddow after the election was called for Trump, despite concerns she expressed about Trump’s alarming statements. Status quo silence and refusing to report or discuss any evidence that the 2024 election may have been rigged, has been the playbook of the News Media and Democrats.

It’s astounding how Democrats and the News Media relentlessly reported Trump’s efforts to rig / steal the 2020 election and are now constantly sounding the alarm about Trump’s efforts to rig and steal the 2026 midterms, but refuse to even consider that Trump rigged and stole the 2024 election when there’s so much evidence that the 2024 election was rigged and stolen.

On May 15, 2026, Ashley St. Clair, who dated and had a baby with Elon Musk, posted a bombshell video (copy above) in which she claimed Musk told her in October of 2024 he was ready to ‘unleash his anomaly in the matrix’ using his ’10,000 lasers in space‘, referring to his Satellites. He reportedly told her that it would ‘not be a piece they’ll see on the chessboard.’ Her response was to say ‘I would ask more but I really didn’t want to be deposed‘, to which Musk replied ‘Very Wise‘. She also claims he sent her real-time voting data from his America PAC. St. Clair says Musk sent her a text indicating Trump won, hours before the election was officially called. Ashley St. Clair’s statements are confirmed as accurate by a  New York Times article published on May 31, 2025 which stated that on October 5, 2024, Elon Musk “appeared with Mr. Trump at a rally for the first time, bouncing up and down around the candidate. That evening, Mr. Musk shared his excitement with a person close to him. “I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight,” he wrote in a text message. “Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix”.  “This is not something on the chessboard, so they will be quite surprised,” Mr. Musk added about an hour later. “‘Lasers from space”.

 

As show in the above video… on January 19, 2025, Trump thanked Elon Musk at a rally for help with ‘Vote Counting Computers’ stating; “he knows those computers better than anybody. All those computers, those vote counting computers. And we ended up winning Pennsylvania like in a landslide. So, thank you to Elon”.

On April 29, 2025, at a rally in Warren, MI, Trump stated; “And I was sitting with Dana White and Elon Musk. And I’m watching the numbers in Pennsylvania and we’re winning so easily. And all of a sudden it flatlined. And I said, you know, I think they’re cheating again. And Elon looked at us. He goes, no, you’re going to win. They just don’t know it yet. And about 15 minutes later, we won”.

Elon Musk stated; “I’m a technologist. I know a lot about computers and I’m like the last thing I would do is trust a computer because it’s just too easy to hack…. just add one line“.

When Tucker Carlson asked Musk’s 4 yr/old son if Trump was going to win, he said; “Yeah, they’ll never know”.

 

Joe Rogan said Elon Musk knew Trump won 4 hours before the election count was over.  Rogan states in the above video; “Apparently Elon created an app and he knew who won 4 hours before the results. Dana White told me, I’m leaving, it’s over, Donald Won”

 

After Musk had a dispute with Trump over his “Big Beautiful Bill”, on June 5, 2025 Musk posted on “X”: Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate”. 

Musk’s statement has such specific claims of what the 2024 election outcome would have been without his help that it lends credence to engaging in data manipulation and election rigging to put Trump back in the White House, especially when added to other suspicious comments and evidence.

The Fingerprint of Ballot Stuffing Found in Allegheny County PA

Ballot stuffing is a form of electoral fraud in which a greater number of ballots are cast than the number of people who legitimately voted. However, when pursued systematically, across a great number of polling stations, ballot stuffing leaves a fingerprint.

Per a post on YouTube from a retired math teacher @dianeweaver3928;  “I’m a retired math teacher who has taken a lot of statistics. The most important clue that I think people are missing is that a candidate’s percentage should not rise or fall linearly depending on precinct turnout. Most voters don’t change their vote because the polling place is crowded or fairly empty, for instance. Turnout percentage and candidate vote percentage should be a flattish scatterplot. It should neither rise or fall appreciably as you scan the graph from low turnout to high turnout precincts. The slope of the line should be zero or close to zero. The fact that Trump’s percentages tend to go up with higher turnout in thousands of precincts in many states shows something strange is going on. The fact that there was a “de-minimus” software update (with no subsequent testing) before the election makes me think a backdoor could have been inserted in the tabulating software to cause addition of votes as turnout rises. Some counties in Florida had significantly more voting voters than registered voters!

 

ETA Files Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

ElectionTruthAlliance.org has filed a federal lawsuit seeking court‑ordered, hand‑count audits of the 2024 General Election in Allegheny, Cambria, and Erie Counties in Pennsylvania. The complaint alleges irregularities, including tabulation and testing failures in Cambria County and statistical “anomalies” in results that merit an audit.

● In December of 2024, a non-profit organization was formed called ElectionTruthAlliance.org. Since then, they found credible evidence of anomalies in Swing States which they published in numerous videos on YouTube.  I haven’t seen any reports about this by the MSM or heard any Democrats publicly mention it.

● Journalist / Investigator Greg Palast, who has produced documentaries for the BBC, found over 3,565,000 voters were disenfranchised by voter purges, challenges & suppression tactics. Palast stated; If not for vote suppression tactics, Kamala Harris would have won the election“.

According to Google;  “Palast is a recipient of the George Orwell Courage in Journalism Award. Beyond the BBC, his reporting has been published in The Guardian, Rolling Stone, and compiled into New York Times best-selling book like The Best Democracy Money Can Buy”. 

A Google AI search confirms; “No major mainstream news outlet has reported investigative journalist Greg Palast claims”.  A Google AI search was unable to find a single instance of a Democrat politician discussing or reporting Greg Palast’s findings.

This proves how flawed and biased these search engines are because this site has more information about the 2024 election than any other site on the internet, so it should come up as the top, #1 result.

Most people are unaware that there are only three (3) actual search engines where all others gets their data; Google, Bing and Yandex. Yahoo gets it’s data from Bing so when you do a search in Yahoo, Bing is providing the search results.

Also, search engines Google & Bing/Yahoo changed their algorithms several years ago so only huge corporate ‘authority’ sites such as the Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, ABC, NBC etc comes up in search results.

Therefore, search engines are engaging in censorship by suppressing smaller sites with the most relevant information which matches search queries, while putting their thumb on the scale for huge corporate sites.

Kamala Harris Robbed of 3,565,000 Votes

As shown in the Presidential election maps above, Joe Biden received 81,284,666 votes in 2020, while the official vote count for Trump in 2024 was 77,302,416 and Kamala Harris vote count was 75,019,616.

If you add the 3,565,000 votes which Investigator Greg Palast found was stolen from Kamala Harris, to her official 2024 vote count of 75,019,616, the total =  78,584,616; easily enough to win the popular vote and the Presidency. Therefore voter disenfranchisement alone by Republicans was enough to rig and steal the election for Trump.

If you subtract 78,584,616 votes Harris should have received from Biden’s 81,284,666, the difference is 2,700,050, which could account for some of the votes stolen from Harris in Swing States as detailed by ElectionTruthAllience.org

 

As motivated as Americans were about this being ‘the most important election in the history of the United States’ with reports of ‘Record new Voter Registrations’, including 337,000 attributed to Taylor Swift, stadiums full of supporters at rallies never seen by Joe Biden, Republican voters crossing party lines to vote for Harris, a record number of women voting for Abortion Rights, concerns of Republicans cutting Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security, concerns about Project 2025, it defies logic that less people would have voted in 2024 than 2020, and that more people voted for Trump than Harris.

A group of computer security experts have written to Vice President Kamala Harris to alert her to the fact that voting systems were breached by Trump allies in 2021 and 2022 and to urge her to seek recounts in key states to ensure election verification.

Election Day bomb threats overwhelmingly targeted Democrat-leaning counties

Bomb threats sent to polling places in at least five battleground states Tuesday targeted mostly Democratic counties, an NBC News analysis has found.

Per the above NBC News article: “The FBI said in an emailed statement Tuesday that “many” of the threats “appear to originate from Russian email domains.” Some additional threats appeared to have been sent from a French service, a U.S. official briefed on the matter told NBC News”.

NBC News compiled a list of 67 locations in 19 counties, based on local news reports and state and local election officials’ statements, all of which appear to have received similar threats. Of the 67 locations, 56 were in 11 counties that voted for Joe Biden in the 2020 election, including the eight most populated. Those high-population Democratic counties include voting locations for Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Detroit, Michigan; Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

 

After the election was called for Trump, Computer Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on November 13, 2024 and on November 15, 2024 detailing how the 2024 election could have been hacked and rigged by Trump operatives and recommended recounts in Swing States. They stated; ““You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states” (copies of letters on this page).  To the detriment of our country, Harris chose to ignore Computer Security Experts warnings.

 

Instead of ‘Fighting’ to save our country by ordering recounts as recommended, Harris retreated to a 7 million dollar estate in Hawaii @ $1,300 per night… playing right into the hands of Trump & Republicans, guaranteeing he would be sworn in with no investigations. A team of election security experts used a “Google for servers” to challenge claims that voting machines do not connect to the internet and found some did.

So many government officials like Manfra have said the same thing over the last few years that it is commonly accepted as gospel by most Americans. Behind it is the notion that if voting systems are not online, hackers will have a harder time compromising them.

But that is an overstatement, according to a team of 10 independent cybersecurity experts who specialize in voting systems and elections. While the voting machines themselves are not designed to be online, the larger voting systems in many states end up there, putting the voting process at risk.

That team of election security experts say that last summer, they discovered some systems are, in fact, online. “We found over 35 [voting systems] had been left online and we’re still continuing to find more,” Kevin Skoglund, a senior technical advisor at the election security advocacy group National Election Defense Coalition, told NBC News”.

In at least one state, hackers accessed a campaign-finance database. “They’re coming after America,” former FBI Director James Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee investigating Russian interference in the election. They will be back.”

This may also be part of the reason Trump hates James Comey; for publicly validating Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election.

Dr Beth Clarkson, a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics discusses how she found patterns indicative of manipulation in voting machines and elections across multiple states.

“Clarkson, a certified quality engineer with a Ph.D. in statistics, has analyzed election returns in Kansas and elsewhere over several elections that indicate “a statistically significant” pattern where the percentage of Republican votes increase the larger the size of the precinct.

While it is well-recognized that smaller, rural precincts tend to lean Republican, statisticians have been unable to explain the consistent pattern favoring the Republicans that trends upward as the number of votes cast in a precinct or other voting unit goes up. In primaries, the favored candidate appears to always be the Republican establishment candidate, above a tea party challenger. And the upward trend for Republicans occurs once a voting unit reaches roughly 500 votes.

“This is not just an anomaly that occurred in one place,” Clarkson said. “It is a pattern that has occurred repeatedly in elections across the United States. The pattern could be voter fraud or a demographic trend that has not been picked up by extensive polling, she said.

“I do not know why this trend is there, but I know that the pattern is there and one way to establish that it is or is not election fraud is to go and do a physical audit of paper records of voting machines,” she said.

Clarkson became more interested in the issue after reading a paper written by statisticians Francois Choquette and James Johnson in 2012 of the Republican primary results showing strong statistical evidence of election manipulation in Iowa, New Hampshire, Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Kentucky.

Clarkson said she couldn’t believe their findings, so she checked their math and found it was correct and checked their model selection and found it appropriate. And then she pulled additional data from other elections they hadn’t analyzes and found the same pattern”.

 

 

In the opinion of constitutional law experts, Democrats should have objected to Trump’s certification on January 6, 2025 due to being disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol (but failed to do so).

The missing votes uncovered in Smart Elections’ legal case in Rockland County, New York, are just the tip of the iceberg—an iceberg that extends across the swing states and into Texas.

On Monday, an investigator’s story  finally hit the news cycle: Pro V&V, one of only two federally accredited testing labs, approved sweeping last-minute updates to ES&S voting machines in the months leading up to the 2024 election—without independent testing, public disclosure, or full certification review.

These changes were labeled “de minimis”—a term meant for trivial tweaks. But they touched ballot scanners, altered reporting software, and modified audit files—yet were all rubber-stamped with no oversight.

That revelation is a shock to the public. But for those who’ve been digging into the bizarre election data since November, this isn’t the headline—it’s the final piece to the puzzle. While Pro V&V was quietly updating equipment in plain sight, a parallel operation was unfolding behind the curtain—between tech giants and Donald Trump.

And it started with a long forgotten sale.

A Power Cord Becomes a Backdoor

In March 2021, Leonard Leo—the judicial kingmaker behind the modern conservative legal machine—sold a quiet Chicago company by the name of Tripp Lite for $1.65 billion. The buyer: Eaton Corporation, a global power infrastructure conglomerate that just happened to have a partnership with Peter Thiel’s Palantir.

To most, Tripp Lite was just a hardware brand—battery backups, surge protectors, power strips. But in America’s elections, Tripp Lite devices were something else entirely.

They are physically connected to ES&S central tabulators and Electionware servers, and Dominion tabulators and central servers across the country. And they aren’t dumb devices. They are smart UPS units—programmable, updatable, and capable of communicating directly with the election system via USB, serial port, or Ethernet.

ES&S systems, including central tabulators and Electionware servers, rely on Tripp Lite UPS devices. ES&S’s Electionware suite runs on Windows OS, which automatically trusts connected UPS hardware.

If Eaton pushed an update to those UPS units, it could have gained root-level access to the host tabulation environment—without ever modifying certified election software.

In Dominion’s Democracy Suite 5.17, the drivers for these UPS units are listed as “optional”—meaning they can be updated remotely without triggering certification requirements or oversight. Optional means unregulated. Unregulated means invisible. And invisible means perfect for infiltration.

 

A New Purpose for the Partnership

After the Tripp Lite acquisition, Eaton stayed under the radar. But in May 2024, it resurfaced with an announcement that escaped most headlines: Eaton was deepening its partnership with Palantir Technologies.

Let’s be clear, Palantir wasn’t brought in for customer service. It was brought in to do what it does best: manage, shape, and secure vast streams of data—quietly. According to Eaton’s own release, Palantir’s role would include:
– AI-driven oversight of connected infrastructure
– Automated analysis of large datasets
– And—most critically—“secure erasure of digital footprints”

The Digital Janitor: also known as forensic sanitization, it was now being embedded into Eaton-managed hardware connected directly to voting systems. Palantir didn’t change the votes. It helped ensure you’d never prove it if someone else did.

 

BallotProof: The Front-End for Scrubbing Democracy

Enter the ballot scrubbing platform BallotProof. Co-created by Ethan Shaotran, a longtime employee of Elon Musk and current DOGE employee, BallotProof was pitched as a transparency solution—an app to “verify” scanned ballot images and support election integrity.

With Palantir’s AI controlling the backend, and BallotProof cleaning the front, only one thing was missing: the signal to go live.

September 2024: Eaton and Musk Make It Official

Then came the final public breadcrumb:
In September 2024, Eaton formally partnered with Elon Musk.
The stated purpose? A vague, forward-looking collaboration focused on “grid resilience” and “next-generation communications.”
But buried in the partnership documents was this line:

“Exploring integration with Starlink’s emerging low-orbit DTC infrastructure for secure operational continuity.”

The Activation: Starlink Goes Direct-to-Cell

That signal came on October 30, 2024—just days before the election, Musk activated 265 brand new low Earth orbit (LEO) V2 Mini satellites, each equipped with Direct-to-Cell (DTC) technology capable of processing, routing, and manipulating real-time data, including voting data, through his satellite network.

DTC doesn’t require routers, towers, or a traditional SIM. It connects directly from satellite to any compatible device—including embedded modems in “air-gapped” voting systems, smart UPS units, or unsecured auxiliary hardware.

From that moment on:
– Commands could be sent from orbit
– Patch delivery became invisible to domestic monitors
– Compromised devices could be triggered remotely

This groundbreaking project that should have taken two-plus years to build, was completed in just under ten months.

Elon Musk boasts endlessly about everything he’s launching, building, buying—or even just thinking about—whether it’s real or not. But he pulls off one of the largest and fastest technological feats in modern day history… and says nothing? One might think that was kind of… “weird.”

 

 

Lasers From Space

According to New York Times reporting, on October 5—just before Starlink’s DTC activation—Musk texted a confidant:

“I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight. Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix.”

Then, an hour later:

“This isn’t something on the chessboard, so they’ll be quite surprised. ‘Lasers’ from space.”

It read like a riddle. In hindsight, it was a blueprint.

Let’s review what was in place:

This wasn’t a theory. It was a full-scale operation. A systemic digital occupation—clean, credentialed, and remote-controlled.

 

 

The Outcome

Data that makes no statistical sense. A clean sweep in all seven swing states.
The fall of the Blue Wall. Eighty-eight counties flipped red—not one flipped blue.
Every victory landed just under the threshold that would trigger an automatic recount. Donald Trump outperformed expectations in down-ballot races with margins never before seen—while Kamala Harris simultaneously underperformed in those exact same areas.

If one were to accept these results at face value—Donald Trump, a 34-count convicted felon, supposedly outperformed Ronald Reagan. According to the co-founder of the Election Truth Alliance:

“These anomalies didn’t happen nationwide. They didn’t even happen across all voting methods—this just doesn’t reflect human voting behavior.”

They were concentrated.
Targeted.
Specific to swing states and Texas—and specific to Election Day voting.

And the supposed explanation? “Her policies were unpopular.”

Let’s think this through logically. We’re supposed to believe that in all the battleground states, Democratic voters were so disillusioned by Vice President Harris’s platform that they voted blue down ballot—but flipped to Trump at the top of the ticket?

Not in early voting.
Not by mail.
With exception to Nevada, only on Election Day.
And only after a certain threshold of ballots had been cast—where VP Harris’s numbers begin to diverge from her own party, and Trump’s suddenly begin to surge. As President Biden would say, “C’mon, man.”

In the world of election data analysis, there’s a term for that: vote-flipping algorithm.

 

Billionaires and Tech Giants Pulled Off the Crime of the Century

Why? There wasn’t just one reason—there were many.

Elon Musk himself hinted at the stakes: he faced the real possibility of a prison sentence if Trump lost. He launched his bid for Twitter—at $20 billion over market value—just 49 days after Putin invaded Ukraine. That alone should have raised every red flag. But when the ROI is $15 trillion in mineral rights tied to Ukraine losing the war and geopolitical deals Trump could green light, it wasn’t a loss—it was leverage.

 

It’s no secret Musk was in communication with Putin for over two years. He even granted Starlink access to Russian forces. That’s not just profiteering. That’s treason.

Then there’s Peter Thiel and the so-called “broligarchs”—tech billionaires who worship at the altar of shower-avoidant blogger Curtis Yarvin. They casually joke about “humane genocide for non-producers” and have long viewed democracy as a nuisance—an obstacle to their vision of hypercapitalism and themselves as the permanent ruling elite.

Well, what is the elimination of Medicaid if not “humane genocide”—and does anyone really wonder why his 40-year-old protégé and political rookie, JD Vance, is Vice President? With this technology in place, if the third-term legislation were to pass, it would hand Vance a minimum of twelve years at the helm of Thiel’s regime.

And of course, Donald Trump himself:  He spent a year telling his followers he didn’t need their votes—at one point stating,

“…in four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.”

 

Trump was facing eighty-eight felony indictments—he was desperate to avoid conviction and locked in a decades-long alliance with Vladimir Putin. An alliance that’s now impossible to ignore—look no further than his policy trail.

He froze aid to Ukraine and has threatened to place sanctions on them, while planning to lift sanctions off Russia. He openly campaigned for anti-EU candidates, and sided with Russia in multiple key United Nations votes related to the Ukraine conflict.

Let’s be clear:
Donald Trump pledges allegiance to a red, white, and blue flag—
It’s just not the American one.

What Happens Now?

We don’t need permission to enforce the Constitution. We need courage. While state attorneys general begin their investigations, it only takes one U.S. senator to initiate the disqualification proceedings against the unelected and unfit occupant of the Oval Office.

State Attorneys General and Investigators:
– Conduct independent audits of UPS firmware on Dominion and ES&S machines
– Subpoena communications between Eaton, Palantir, Starlink employees, and Pro V&V
– Audit Starlink satellite logs for the week of the election
– Freeze uncertified infrastructure updates
– Recount physical ballots—by hand

Now they’re rolling out the same technological toolkit abroad—forcing countries into Starlink contracts in exchange for tariff relief.

The U.S. election wasn’t their endgame. It was their litmus test.

In the leafy suburbs of Rockland County, New York, democracy tripped on a loose wire and hit its head. What started as a small lawsuit over a few missing votes may be unraveling into one of the most damning election integrity scandals in years.
At the center of it all: missing votes, statistical anomalies, and a federally accredited testing lab called Pro V&V.
In 2024, voters in Rockland County, NY, filed sworn legal affidavits claiming they had voted for independent Senate candidate Diane Sare. But the machines told a different story. In one district, nine people said they voted for her. The machines recorded five. In another, five claimed to vote for her but only three were officially counted by the machines.

At the same time, In districts where voters clearly favored Democrats (evident by strong support for democratic Senate candidate Kirsten Gillibrand) Kamala Harris’s name either underperformed or seemed to disappear from the top of the ballot completely. They’d found that in some of the counties people where voted overwhelmingly for the Democratic candidate Kirsten, Kamala Harris somehow got no votes at all.

(Correction): Trump outperformed Republican Senate candidates by 2.1 million votes nationwide. In 33 states, over 750k more people voted for president than Senate, a drop-off that might be normal, or might mean votes vanished before they were counted. That data shows over 2.1 million people voted for him & skipped the rest of the Republicans on the same ballot?

My opinion? That kind of pattern doesn’t scream voter preference. It whispers something went wrong in the vote count itself.

That’s not split-ticket voting. That’s a mathematical anomaly.

SMART Elections, a nonpartisan watchdog group, uncovered serious discrepancies in New York, including a reported drop-off of over 314,000 votes between presidential and Senate contests, and filed suit. and filed a lawsuit. And on May 22, 2025, Judge Rachel Tanguay agreed: the allegations were serious enough to warrant discovery. The lawsuit, SMART Legislation et al. v. Rockland County Board of Elections, moves forward, with a hearing scheduled for September 22, 2025.

 

Everything after this point does not reflect SMART Elections. These are findings from the EAC found independently by DIB after learning of the lawsuit, and reflect this publication only. You can find SMARTElections information at the bottom of the page.

 

The Silent Middleman

Between March and September 2024, Pro V&V signed off on a series of hardware and software updates to ES&S voting machines. These updates were all waved through under the label “de minimis,” a technicality supposedly meant for small, insignificant tweaks. Replacing a cable. That kind of thing.

In 2024, Pro V&V and the EAC quietly approved significant changes to voting systems, including new hardware components, software updates, and a revamped Electionware reporting module. These weren’t minor tweaks. They touched ballot scanners, modified audit files, and even affected machines flagged by CISA. But by calling them “de minimis,” they avoided full testing, public scrutiny, and transparency.

These changes? I do not believe they qualify as “minimum” and the rules generally do not allow this. Software changes are not supposed to be considered minor. But Pro V&V Since they were filed as de minimis they were not subject to any independent external oversight, testing, and lacked any public-facing explanation.

These programs need more oversight. If the system can be changed in the shadows, marked simply as “DeMinimis” without any actual testing, even something as small as hardware, then every vote cast on those machines was at risk of miscount or manipulation.

The ES&S systems that received these shadow approvals are used in over 40% of U.S. counties. Pennsylvania, Florida, New Jersey, California, all rely on machines that Pro V&V signs off on. The ExpressVote XL, implicated in the Sare vote discrepancy (missing votes) is already being used in battleground states.

Even worse? There’s no independent watchdog in this process. No backup. No outside review. Two private companies (V&V & SLI Compliance) get to decide whether our national voting infrastructure is safe and they get to make that call in secret. What we’re left with isn’t quality assurance. It’s a rubber stamp masquerading as a security check.

PROV&V? The private company certified to change our voting system? Their website, once home to testing logs, certification documents, and contact information, collapsed into a hollow shell shortly after the 2024 elections.

As of June 2025, is still just a single barren page. One phone number. One generic email.

This is the lab responsible for certifying the very machines that count our votes. No one’s checking their math. No one’s checking their judgment. And when the heat turns up, right around the 2024 elections, they vanished from public view. A private company, backed by federal accreditation, with the power to alter national election infrastructure is operating in total darkness.

Behind this fog stands Jack Cobb, the elusive director of Pro V&V. He’s never run for office, never faced public questioning, and yet every major voting machine must pass through his private lab before it reaches a ballot box.

He is the unelected gatekeeper of election infrastructure, a man accountable to no one but his clients and the architecture that shelters him.

 

A Fatal Flaw In Our Voting System

Federal law all but guarantees labs like Pro V&V stay in power. Under the Help America Vote Act (2002), they’re accredited by the Election Assistance Committee (EAC) in conjunction with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). But once a lab is in, it stays in.

There’s no built-in decertification path. No process for public challenge. Not even a hotline to flag concerns. So Cobb and his team continue operating under a veil of technical legitimacy, certifying changes to voting machines from inside a sealed chamber where no one can see what’s really going on.
The EAC is the federal agency that approves which voting systems can be used, while NIST helps write the technical rules those systems must follow. Together, they decide which labs get to test and certify the machines that count our votes.

They approve the labs, set the certification process, and are supposed to enforce standards. Nominations come from party leadership in Congress. So the President technically picks from a short list provided by House and Senate leaders.

Two of the four EAC commissioners were placed by Donald Trump during his first presidency: Benjamin W. Hovland & Donald L. Palmer.
So, this means, even if these companies commit blatant fraud, the federal rules offer no clear pathway to remove them. The EAC themselves has no teeth to revoke accreditation unless there’s proof of total failure or criminal wrongdoing and even then, the process is vague, bureaucratic, and opaque.

To remove a lab like Pro V&V, EAC has to first document “significant evidence” of noncompliance or misconduct. But the kicker is, they don’t have real-time oversight. There’s no routine audit. So unless someone files a formal complaint, and the EAC chooses to act, nothing moves.

If they do decide to investigate, they conduct an internal review: think paperwork, interviews, more paperwork. Then the EAC would have to initiate a formal vote to suspend or revoke the lab’s accreditation. That process can drag on for months, and there’s no public hearing requirement, no outside watchdog, and no clear timeline.
So, this means Cobb and his team continue operating under a cloak of legitimacy, quietly certifying election-altering changes while shielded by federal inertia & structural silence.

Now, knowing this I want you to remember:

Just when scrutiny was needed most, Pro V&V’s online presence vanished. Watchdogs looking for documentation found an empty shell. For months, there were no posted reports, no visible activity. The lab that certifies machines for national elections essentially evaporated from the internet.

And no one in federal government has intervened. Not the EAC. Not NIST. Not Congress.

So What’s Next?

This lawsuit won’t undo the 2024 election. That chapter is closed. Congress certified the results, and the machinery of power has already shifted into its next gear. But if what SMART Elections is uncovering turns out to be true, it could set off a political earthquake. Legal challenges. Demands to decertify voting systems. State-level probes. Mounting pressure on the EAC to finally do its job.

This wasn’t just a glitch in some sleepy county. It was a stress test of our entire system and possibly nation wide system fraud in the presidential election. And the real tragedy? Almost no one noticed.

Experts find more than 30 U.S. voting systems connected to internet

A team of election security experts used a “Google for servers” to challenge claims that voting machines do not connect to the internet and found some did.

Per the above article: “It was an assurance designed to bolster public confidence in the way America votes: Voting machines “are not connected to the internet. So many government officials like Manfra have said the same thing over the last few years that it is commonly accepted as gospel by most Americans. Behind it is the notion that if voting systems are not online, hackers will have a harder time compromising them.

But that is an overstatement, according to a team of 10 independent cybersecurity experts who specialize in voting systems and elections. While the voting machines themselves are not designed to be online, the larger voting systems in many states end up there, putting the voting process at risk.

That team of election security experts say that last summer, they discovered some systems are, in fact, online. “We found over 35 [voting systems] had been left online and we’re still continuing to find more,” Kevin Skoglund, a senior technical advisor at the election security advocacy group National Election Defense Coalition, told NBC News”.

 

Trump’s Illegitimate Presidency discussed by Jessica Denson

Every member of Congress who helped Trump to become President and Supreme Court Justice John Roberts who swore Trump in as President violated their own Oath of Office because Trump was disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for inciting an Insurrection on J6, 2021. Trump lied to get re-elected by saying; “I know nothing about Project 2025”. Since taking office, he’s been checking off the list with his executive orders and hired people who were directly involved in formulating Project 2025. Since Trump lied to get elected, he defrauded the American people and therefore obtained the Presidency by fraud and deception.

 

Trump Admits His Project 2025 Denials Were Lies

Trump’s post on Truth Social in which he spoke about meeting with Russell Vought “of PROJECT 2025 FAME” is an admission that his denials of not being involved with Project 20205 were obvious lies. Further discussed is an admonishment to withhold trust and support for people who promoted and advanced Trump’s lies.

 

Politifact debunked hundreds of false statements by Trump such as: “There is no evidence Joe Biden won”… “In 2020, the ballots that were counted were fake ballots”… “Eighty-two percent of the country understands that the 2020 election was rigged” , “The Harris-Biden Administration fraudulently manipulated Job Statistics”… “Kamala Harris wants to forcibly compel doctors and nurses to give chemical castration drugs to young children”… “Democrats used COVID to cheat in the 2020 election” , “A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution” , “You had (4,925) out-of-state voters in Georgia” , “All legal scholars, both sides, wanted, and in fact demanded” that Roe v. Wade be overturned” , “I’m not allowed to testify because of a gag order”, “tariffs and taxes saved the American auto industry from extinction” , “They are trying to make it illegal to question the results of a bad election” , “Haley’s plan cuts Social Security benefits for 82% of Americans”.

Trump accused Ted Cruz of “stealing” the 2016 Iowa Republican Primary and Ted Cruz’s father being involved in JFK’s assassination. In response, Ted Cruz calls Trump a “Pathological Liar who doesn’t know the difference between truth and lies” and claims Trump “is a narcissist at a level this country’s never seen”.

Dr. John Gartner stated; “If we could construct a psychiatric Frankenstein monster, we could not create a leader more dangerously mentally ill than Donald Trump. He is a paranoid, psychopathic, narcissist who is divorced from reality and lashes out impulsively at his imagined enemies“.

 

Investigative Journalist Scott Carney Calls Out Democrats and those who refuse to believe the overwhelming evidence that the 2024 election was hacked

The evidence is overwhelming that Trump is an illegitimate President who was not elected by a majority and the election was RIGGED, yet DEMOCRATS continue to do NOTHING and are being complicit in allowing TRUMP and REPUBLICANS to destroy our country, our Democracy and take away our FREEDOM.

Trump and his cronies made outrageous statements prior to the 2024 election, such as on Sep 8, 2024 Trump stated; “WHEN I WIN those people that CHEATED will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, which will include long term prison sentences so that this Depravity of Justice does not happen again”. Note how Trump stated “WHEN I WIN “, not “IF”… as though he KNEW the ‘fix was in’ and he would be returning to the White House (Amazing that no one else has pointed this out). Also, it was TRUMP & Republicans who cheated and deserve ‘long term prison sentences’.

On Veterans day November 11, 2023, Trump stated; ”We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections”. 

Fact is… TRUMP and REPUBLICANS are the ones who LIE constantly as proven by fact checkers such as Politifact… Trump and Republicans are the ones who tried to CHEAT and STEAL the 2020 election. Trump and Republicans are the ones who are RADICAL. Trump and Republicans are the REAL Fascists.

In response to outrage over Trump’s ‘vermin’ comment, his campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung stated about Trump opponents; “their entire existence will be crushed when President Trump returns to the White House.”  Note how Cheung stated “WHEN” Trump returns to the White House, not “IF”… as though he KNEW Trump would be returning to the White House.

On March 28, 2024 Steve Bannon stated: “After we’ve won, the Accountability Project’s going to start and it’s going to be thorough this time. It’s going to be they’re going to be in prison”.  Again note how certain Bannon was in his statement – “AFTER we’ve won” … not IF we win.

On May 23rd, 2024, Former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon stated: “We mock your fear, we want your fear. We are going to hold everyone who opposes Trump responsible”

Kash Patel, who Trump ‘picked’ to be the FBI Director stated; “We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media, Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections — we’re going to come after you“.

On November 29 2023, Trump stated that he wanted the ‘Federal Government to come down Hard on MSNBC’ for its criticism of him, proving he wants to eliminate Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech.

On Dec 31, 2023 ABC News’ Jonathan Karl interviewed three former Trump White House staffers who stated a 2nd Trump term would be ‘the end of American democracy as we know it’.

IMO, those who believe Trump legitimately won the 2024 election and the majority of Americans voted for Trump in all seven (7) swing states after all of his outrageous conduct, plus threatening statements like those above and evidence of irregularities in the 2024 election, have their heads in the sand and are out-of-touch with reality.

Cyber Security Expert Stephen Spoonamore’s Letter to Kamala Harris about the 2024 Election

Dear Madam Vice President.

This is my second Duty to Warn Letter regarding hacking of the 2024 Presidential Election. The first letter on November 7 was directed to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Officials. Both warnings are made per DNI Clapper’s 2015 directive to all agencies and contractors associated with intelligence and financial agency technologies to warn of suspicions of hacking.

Professionally I have worked as the CEO or CTO at seven high technology firms including two which specialized in hacking and counter-hacking operations. My clients have included numerous governments DoD, DHS, Dept. of State, F100 Financials and F500 Industrials.

I am a lifelong Republican who has long placed service and participatory democracy over party. In government, I have twice been invited to SoCom to give lectures on electronic warfare and techniques to find terrorist money laundering and gave a keynote speech of the National Counterintel Summit on this same topic. I served as an after-action reviewer of communications and data failures on 9/11 under the direction of Jim Woolsey and FDNY Commissioner Scopetta, and later co-wrote multiple hacking risk analysis of Smart Grid technologies for the Obama administration.

You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states.

In my professional view there are multiple and extremely clear indications the Presidential vote was willfully compromised.

I wholly agree with the public letter of Duncan Buell, et. al. of Nov. 13th stating they believe there is a possibility of hacking and calling for hand-recounts.

This letter’s clear call to action is commendable, but its cautious tone may belie the severity of what I believe has happened. In my view it is a near certainty the results have been changed at a scale which reversed the US Presidential Election. They imply there is a chance a hand-recount will show you won more votes. I am stating a hand recount will most likely show you did win. Both letters call on you to act.

In my view, a capable and skilled series of exploits, electronic tools and hacks were used to change the Presidential vote in all seven swing states. These activities have reversed the outcomes in at least Arizona, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. I will lay out the basics of the attack, starting with unusual elements within the results. I will then outline two processes which could have been followed to insert these false results into the system. Finally I will outline how I would recommend investigating.

Unusual elements within the results.

The results of the attack are improbable in the extreme and well tailored to the sole benefit of your opponent.

Approximately 600,000 votes are for Donald Trump but with no down ballot choices. These are either inserted “bullet ballots” for the Presidential race or manipulated data fields. They are surgically added to totals in limited jurisdictions and within only the seven swing States. This historically unprecedented set of numbers found in the 2024 swing states is absent in every other state. In AZ, MI, NC and WI the effect of these drop-off votes reverses the voters’ will and even more improbably always pushes the winning margin beyond the mandatory recount numbers.

It is a result too perfect for belief. It is a bespoke and programmed outcome. In other states including PA and NV, removing these strange and bespoke added votes, it appears Donald Trump may have won the cast votes but within a margin which would force recounts. The inserted votes raise his totals, to avoid any scrutiny during mandatory recount results which would have slowed his claim on the Presidency. In GA and FL the same pattern exists with unclear impact on the results.

This attack is not technically difficult. It is modest in scale. It would require:

Modest and common computer programming skills.

Access to 10-100 tabulators or to the handful of facilities programming them in advance.

A credible database of voter IDs of non-voters around which to create false ballots.

Perhaps as few as 1, but more likely 3-5 human program managers.

Access to eBollBook Data during the election to determine who had not voted.

(Possibly) Human access to some tabulators during counting.

If I was asked to lead this hack, I would expect to have a core team of 6-10 people, and operating costs under $10M with a timeline of 3-12 months.

The tell: A historically absurd number of Trump-only bullet ballots or undervote ballots.

There are always a handful of voters who cast a vote in one race which they care about, and do not make other selections on the ballot. These are called bullet ballots. In Presidential Races since 1980, these bullet ballots rarely account for more than 1% of the total votes including in Mr. Trump’s winning 2016 election and losing 2020 election, and when they do it warrants further investigation. In 2024 in the 43 non-swing states, bullet ballots make up a nominal >1%. In the seven swing states the numbers are so high to be unbelievable, unprecedented and demanding of further investigation. Here is analysis from totals as of late Nov. 12th

Here are the unprecedented results of drop-offs in the two western swing states:

AZ – 123K+ 7.2%+ of Trump’s total vote. Enough to reverse the outcome.
NV – 43K+ 5.5%+ of Trump’s total vote. Enough to exceed recount threshold.

It is my belief these two states have illegally added votes.

For comparison, examine Trump’s 2024 results in three states which border AZ and NV. They have equally passionate Trump supporters, but have the normal levels of drop off or bullet ballots.

ID <2K 0.03% of Trump’s total.
OR <4K 0.05% of Trump’s total
UT <1K 0.01% of Trump’s total.

In the case of Idaho and Utah, Mr. Trump was a run-away winner and had no need to add votes. In the case of Oregon, Ms. Harris was a run-away winner and adding votes to Trump’s total would add risk without adding value.

The same pattern of large numbers of drop-off votes or bullet ballots exists in the totals of MI, NC, PA, WI.

North Carolina is the most extreme. The public results indicate over 350K voters cast a ballot for Trump and no other race making up over 11% of Trump’s voters in NC drop off votes or bullet ballots.

Hack Part 1: Creating the pool of bullet ballot voters.

There are two possible methods to execute this attack. The simple version would only manipulate electronic totals and hand-counting the target precincts would discover this. The second involved ePollbook hacking and introducing bullet ballots. This would add the need to compare the ePollBook timestamps to find possible bad actors or other sources for these anomalous votes.

When Mr. Musk announced his $1M lottery for people to go online and sign a pledge to vote for Trump, I became personally suspicious of why such a promotion would be done. I signed up to see what information he wanted and what the pledge actually stated. He did not want to know people’s socials or send them texts. To sign up you had to provide your street address. That was all they cared about. Once they had the people’s names, and street address this would allow for building a pool of ghost voters who could logically be marked for fake ballots, structured in a manner which matched ePollBook and precinct data. You, as a member of law enforcement, understand criminals need certain pre-conditions to act. A database of pledged supporters with street addresses is required for this hack. Law enforcement should immediately find the team of programmers who pulled the lottery data capture. They will find those programmers immediately parsed the data into a system based on voting precincts and created macros to constantly update the pledged lists of who had cast a vote, and who had not. The programmers likely did not know they were working on a system to be used to steal the election. When confronted with that fact, law enforcement would likely gain cooperating witnesses.

Musk’s team used this system to build a list of voters pledged to vote for Trump. This list could also be used to make a ghost-ballot voter list. ePollBook data is nearly always linked to the internet, and in many jurisdictions this link was being made in real time via Mr. Musk’s Starlink or any available wireless network. Throughout the day, Musk’s team could compare existing turnout models to likely outcomes, based on well established voter profile databases vs. the actual voter turnout coming in from the ePollBooks. They would have been able to have a very good estimation in the closing hours of polls how many votes short Trump would likely be at the tabulation level. They would also have exact lists of the pledged voters for Trump and would know who had not shown up. The pledged voters who did not vote, became the bullet ballots. With any network connection to the ePollBooks, or via other compromised connectivity, they could be marked as voted.

Hack Part 2: Matching the tabulation to the ePollBooks.

The exact number of added voters to the ePollBooks as having voted would have to match the tabulation process. This attack could have been done in at least two different ways.

The easiest method to execute phase two, is also the easiest to discover by hand-recount. In a few jurisdictions where the tabulators either had network connectivity, approved or otherwise, or where a person on the team had physical access to the tabulation machine, the Trump votes that were added to the ePollBooks, would need to be added to the tabulators. At which point the ePollBooks and the tabulation totals would match, having been digitally stuffed with demographically credible voters for Trump. But there will be no paper ballot for these votes. A hand-recount will quickly discover the fraud.

As I write this letter, several hundred people are self organizing on Reddit and other forums. They include: data scientists, statisticians, and legal experts. They are examining the precinct level data of every swing state, and by Monday these teams will have lists of many precincts where these historically unprecedented Trump bullet ballots occur. The highest likelihood is that those ballots don’t actually exist. Those votes were electronically created but have no paper. This would be easily proven with a hand recount.

A second possibility involves the same compromise as described above, but is then combined with human ballot stuffing, or ballot substitution, at tabulation to match the epollbook numbers. This possibility is raised as it appears these historically unprecedented bullet ballots fall heavily in a few counties. Maricopa County AZ, seems to be the source of the vast majority, perhaps nearly all, of the AZ bullet ballot voters for Trump. If these ballots were introduced it would require co-conspirators working inside the tabulation center.

I appreciate that many people, even sophisticated people outside this field, think this hack is an impossible task. It is not. Just 8 weeks ago the world watched a vastly larger and more complicated one. Unknown hackers intercepted over 3000 communications devices over 24 months destined for use by Hamas across the entire Mideast. The devices all had additional software, hardware and explosives inserted. The devices were then delivered to users and functioned normally for months until the hackers triggered the inserted series of exploits and explosions.

This hack, the entire world witnessed, was orders of magnitude more complicated than introducing Trump bullet ballots into – at most – 100 tabulation locations. I have personally managed full year long operations in which hundreds of credit card point of sale devices were rebuilt with added hardware and software and inserted in order to discover fraudsters and money laundering. No one knew we were there. The users never were aware. The devices did their normal job processing credit cards for merchants. While they also did a hacked job and helped my team and I root out criminals. The access, technical difficulty, and scale of the election hack I am describing is less than either of these. But the effect is vastly greater, and the FBI has excellent people who could address this very quickly.

Lastly, this hack methodology may or may not have some correlation with the series of Bomb Threats called in by Russian affiliated assets. The use of distraction or diversion of this kind is common. My first thought was, and my thinking remains, these bomb threats were called into tabulation centers and precincts where the hackers had already planned to conduct ghost bullet ballot introductions. I believe they wanted a disruption in the chain of custody, so lawyers could claim after the hacking events that the chain of custody on the ballots was flawed. The creation of the false-argument of a broken custody chain would be used as a pretext to prevent hand recounting, as hand recounting would not match the Trump favorable result. However, by a reverse of that logic, any jurisdiction which was subject to a bomb threat was forced to break standard operating procedure. This alone should be grounds for you to ask for a hand-recount.

Lastly, I have been advised by an attorney that Arizona and Georgia have mechanisms in place for members of the public to demand a recount, but only you have the ability to demand a recount across all the jurisdictions of concern.

A final formal note. This is principally a Duty to Warn letter. It is also a fulfillment of my constitutional oath of office as possibly the lowest level sworn office of public trust in America. I was appointed by my township to serve as a local Parks Commissioner. I am the public appointee to the Mt. Nittany Conservancy, a nature reserve. I have spent the last four years variously overseeing how public funds are spent on sports fields, kids playgrounds, hiking trails, and bike paths. To do this, I must make annual conflict and financial disclosures and I must swear nearly the same oath you did. I am under the sworn obligation to defend our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Which, I am honored to do.

I will continue to investigate with a growing group of volunteers. We are also planning to offer rewards for information. But our efforts to preserve the integrity of this election can not take this to completion. You, and only you, can call for a full hand-recount and engage the vast public resources at your disposal. I can’t. This is all I can do.

This is a formal Duty to Warn Letter. Per DNI Dir. Clappers 2015 directive to all agencies and contractors associated with intelligence and financial agency technologies I have a Duty to Warn of suspicions of hacking and have done so for my customers including Govt Agencies.Dept of Defense, F100 firms and numerous banks. l do so here as a directly affected voter. Nearly all my investigations begin for one of two reasons. The hackers make a mistake triggering a system issue and/or the aggregate effects of the hacking creates results outside nominal expectations There is a third and less common flag; an unrelated distraction to draw attention away from the hacking.

All three of these indicators are present in the election of Nov. 5th 2024.

Element three: distraction via bomb-threats is confirmed coming from Russian agencies. Element one is the inexplicable mismatch of reported votes vs voter turnout Here in Centre County initial tabulation was an absurdly low 67K votes when over 80K voters participated. Element two is also present. Our local scanner systems worked in testing but were unable to communicate properly with tabulation systems after the bomb-scare. I note from experience – the failure of a scanning systems to properly load a database is an extremely common development when a system is changed without notice to the users. l have personally worked on similar issues where sudden scanner configuration failures were the first symptoms of system hacking.

With these three elements present, l suggest immediately doing a relatively simple set of preliminary checks First, randomly selected precincts require manual comparisons of the number of voters who took ballots vs the scanned output of vote totals. Those did not match here in Centre County by apx 13K votes. Once added. those votes substantially changed outcomes and led to the outright reversals in multiple Centre County races.

Centre County BOE now shows vote totals over 80K votes. Apx. 6% above 2020 turnout. In my professional opinion every county in PA as well as many in Wt, Ml and GA currently reporting lower vote totals vs. 2020 and/or also experienced a distraction bomb threat should undertake the same process My professional opinion is: many thousands of voters are being disenfranchised. likely by a malicious actor via errors in tabulation software. My concern has been proven correct and warranted here in Centre County PA.

TEXT OF LETTER SENT TO VICE PRESIDENT HARRIS BY COMPUTER SCIENTISTS

Dear Vice President Harris,

We write to alert you to serious election security breaches that have threatened the security and integrity of the 2024 elections, and to identify ways to ensure that the will of the voters is reflected and that voters should have confidence in the result. The most effective manner of doing so is through targeted recounts requested by the candidate. In the light of the breaches we ask that you formally request hand recounts in at least the states of Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. We have no evidence that the outcomes of the elections in those states were actually compromised as a result of the security breaches, and we are not suggesting that they were. But binding risk-limiting audits (RLAs) or hand recounts should be routine for all elections, especially when the stakes are high and the results are close. We believe that, under the current circumstances when massive software breaches are known and documented, recounts are necessary and appropriate to remove all potential doubt and to set an example for security best practices in all elections.

In 2022, records, video camera footage, and deposition testimony produced in a civil case in Georgia1 disclosed that its voting system, used statewide, had been breached over multiple days by operatives hired by attorneys for Donald Trump. The evidence showed that the operatives made copies of the software that runs all of the equipment in Georgia, and certain other states, and shared it with other Trump allies and operatives.

Subsequent court filings and public records requests revealed that the breaches in Georgia were part of a larger effort to take copies of voting system software from systems in Michigan,5 Pennsylvania,6 Colorado7 and Arizona,8 and to share the software in the operatives’ network. According to testimony and declarations by some of the technicians who have obtained copies of the software, they have had access for more than three years to the software for the central servers, tabulators, and highly restricted election databases of both Election Systems & Software (ES&S), and Dominion Voting Systems, the two largest voting system vendors, constituting the most severe election security breach publicly known.

Combined, their equipment counts nearly 70% of all votes nationwide. Ninety-six percent of Arizona voters use Dominion and ES&S equipment; 100% of Georgia voters vote on Dominion machines; 98% of Nevada votes on Dominion voting machines and the remainder uses ES&S; 69% of Michigan voters’ ballots are counted on Dominion or ES&S equipment; 89% of Pennsylvania voters ballots are counted on Dominion or ES&S equipment; ES&S counts 92% of North Carolina ballots; and either ES&S or Dominion counts 97% of Wisconsin votes.

Possessing copies of the voting system software enables bad actors to install it on electronic devices and to create their own working replicas of the voting systems, probe them, and develop exploits. Skilled adversaries can decompile the software to get a version of the source code, study it for vulnerabilities, and could even develop malware designed to be installed with minimal physical access to the voting equipment by unskilled accomplices to manipulate the vote counts. Attacks could also be launched by compromising the vendors responsible for programming systems before elections, enabling large scale distribution of malware.

In December 202212 and again in 2023,13 many of us, concerned by the security risks posed by these breaches, wrote to the Attorney General, FBI Director, and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director outlining the security concerns and urging an investigation. Though there have been limited, localized investigations,14 there is no evidence of a federal investigation15 to determine what was done with the misappropriated voting software.

Other relevant parties have pointed to the serious risks posed by the misappropriation of the voting software. Before it was known that partisan operatives had taken the software, Dominion Voting Systems objected vehemently to providing its software to the same partisan actors who ultimately got copies through voting system breaches, stating that to give its software to biased actors would cause “irreparable damage” to the “election security interests of the country.”

Before the breaches in Georgia had been confirmed, the Georgia Secretary of State’s chief information officer testified that having copies of the software would provide a “road map” to the ways the system could be accessed. The Georgia Attorney General opposed providing copies of the software to lawyers for the Trump campaign in a late 2020 election challenge, arguing that images of the voting system software would provide “the keys to the software kingdom.”

Notably, U.S. elections are potentially resilient because there are paper ballots recording the voters’ intent in most states, meaning that even if the voting system is at risk, the will of the voters can be determined reliably by recounting the paper ballots by hand (although we are aware that not all paper ballots are verified by the voter, and not all states take adequate care to protect the ballot chain of custody.)

Audits will be conducted in some of the most scrutinized states, but in key states they will not be conducted in a timely way that could reveal any concerns with the vote count. In addition, in most states the audits are insufficiently rigorous to ensure any potential errors in tabulation will be caught and corrected, and they cannot be considered a safeguard against the security breaches that have occurred. Specifically, Georgia’s audits are non-binding, and Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin laws do not provide that the audit be conducted before certification. Therefore, it would be impossible to know for these critical states if the audits uncovered errors or miscalculations before the state deadlines to seek recounts.

Among swing states, only Arizona’s audit laws ensure that, if enough discrepancies are identified, the audit hand count will be expanded to correct a potentially incorrect result. In other words, aside from Arizona, in contested states, there is no legal mechanism for the audit to correct the outcome, no matter how much error the audit uncovers. Given these facts, the only guarantee for rigorous, effective audits of the vote in the swing states will be through candidate-requested statewide hand recounts.

The facts around the voting system breaches are not disputed; it is well-documented that there were severe, multiple voting security breaches before the 2024 election. To ensure that voters can have confidence that the breaches in security did not taint the results of the 2024 election, we recommend pursuing hand recounts in, at minimum, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania as they will provide insufficient safeguards against threats posed by the breaches of the election software and will not provide important information in a timely way.

• When Tucker Carlson asked Musk’s 4 yr/old son if Trump was going to win, he said; “Yeah, they’ll never know”.

• NBC News compiled a list of 67 locations in 19 counties which received bomb threats in high-population Democratic counties.

• Cyber Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on 11-13-24 & 11-15-24 in which they claimed the 2024 election may have been hacked & urged her to demand Recounts in Swing States, stating; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”.

• Joe Rogan stated on his show that Elon Musk knew Trump ‘won’ 4 hours before the election count was over.

• 88 Counties Flipped Red. None flipped Blue. Trump swept every Swing State, each just above the mandatory recount thresholds.

• Trump thanked Elon Musk at a rally on 1-19-2025 for his help with “Vote Counting Computers”.

• Videos from ElectionTruthAlliance.org show anomalies between the 2016 and 2024 Elections in Swing States, unusual Drop Off Votes and evidence of a ‘Russian Tail Hack’.

• Ex-RNC Spokesperson and Political Strategist Cheri Jacobus says “Trump is an illegitimate President” who never legitimately won a Presidential election (2016 & 2024)

• Reports called “She Won. They didn’t just change the machines, they rewired the Election. How Leonard Leo’s 2021 sale of an electronics firm enabled tech giants to subvert the 2024 election” and “A private lab quietly altered voting machines used across the U.S. Then it vanished“, details how the 2024 Election was Rigged & Stolen from the American people.

• Dr Beth Clarkson, a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics, stated she found  patterns indicative of manipulation in elections and voting machines; “not just an anomaly that   occurred in one place, but a pattern that has occurred repeatedly in elections across the U.S.”

• Journalist / Investigator Greg Palast claims he found over 3.5 million voters were disenfranchised by illegal voter purges, challenges & suppression tactics.

• After Musk had a dispute with Trump over his “Big Beautiful Bill”, on June 5, 2025 Musk posted on “X”: Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate”

• Former Judge Michael Luttig and Constitutional scholar Laurence Tribe stated that Donald Trump is ineligible to be President under the 14th Amendment for his role in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol.

• Constitutional law expert John Bonifaz stated that Trump engaged in an insurrection and is barred from federal office by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Bonifaz stated that Trump has no legal authority and every action he takes could be challenged in court.

• Trump lied to get re-elected by saying; “I know nothing about Project 2025”. Since taking office, he’s been checking off the list with his executive orders and hired people who were directly involved in formulating Project 2025. Since Trump lied to get elected, he defrauded the American people and therefore obtained the Presidency by fraud and deception.
